Among the people I work with, many are already very open to spirituality and energy work. They are on the path (each in their own way), and they want more: more connection, more depth, more of that something greater they have begun to touch. Many conscious leaders ask me how to reconcile spirituality and professional life. At some point, most of them say some version of this : I feel I should dedicate more time to all of this". And to almost all of them, I say something that surprises them.

It is 3am and you are awake again. Reviewing the decision you made. The one you are about to make. Wondering whether the direction you are heading is truly yours — or whether it simply accumulated around you while you were busy building something. Whether the unease you feel is a warning or just noise. Whether you are showing up the way you want to for the people who matter most. And underneath all of it, quieter and harder to admit: what if I wake up one day and realise I missed something...

Let's be honest—whether we're for or against each piece being moved on this chessboard, each statement, each movement of revolt, each response to these revolts, we can't ignore the destabilizing, disturbing, questioning nature of what's happening in the world, particularly since the beginning of the year. An impression of the end of a cycle, or the end of the world? The end of a certain world, in any case; the end of landmarks as we've known them. And the question that follows, which we ask...
